This Refund Policy explains when and how Fomax processes refunds for subscription plans and AI Token purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By subscribing to or purchasing any paid product on Fomax, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1 Overview
Fomax offers AI-powered tools and services on a subscription and token-based model. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience. Where a purchase does not meet expectations, we have established the following fair and transparent refund guidelines.

2 Subscription Plans
2.1 Current Plans and Pricing
- Starter — $19/month · 500 AI Tokens/month · 2 social accounts
- Creator — $49/month · 1,500 AI Tokens/month · 5 social accounts
- Growth — $99/month · 4,000 AI Tokens/month · 15 social accounts
- Business — $199/month · 10,000 AI Tokens/month · Unlimited social accounts
2.2 Free Trial
All paid subscription plans include a free trial period. During this period:
- No charge is applied to your payment method
- You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged
- No refund is applicable for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the trial period ends, unless exceptional circumstances apply
2.3 Refund Window for Subscriptions
Fomax offers a 7-day refund window from the date of your first charge on a new paid subscription. To be eligible:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the billing date
- The request must be your first refund on the account
- Significant usage of AI Tokens (more than 20% of the monthly allocation) during the refund window may affect eligibility
2.4 Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us at info@fomax.ai within 48 hours of the charge and we will review your case.
2.5 Plan Downgrades and Cancellations
- You may downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then
- No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period upon cancellation or downgrade
3 AI Token Packs
3.1 Token Pack Pricing

3.2 Refund Policy for Token Packs
AI Token packs are generally non-refundable once purchased, as tokens are made immediately available for use. However, a refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The tokens were not credited to your account due to a technical error on our end
- The purchase was made in error and no tokens have been used
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing issue
Refund requests for token packs must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3 Token Expiry
AI Tokens purchased as part of a monthly subscription do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Unused tokens that expire at the end of a billing period are not eligible for a refund or credit.
4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Subscription fees for billing periods already in progress (except within the 7-day new subscriber window)
- AI Token packs where tokens have already been fully or partially used
- Unused tokens that expired at the end of a billing cycle
- Charges resulting from account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Charges on accounts with a history of fraudulent refund requests
- Any promotional or discounted plan where refund terms were explicitly waived at the time of purchase
5 Exceptional Circumstances
Fomax may, at its sole discretion, approve refunds outside the standard policy in the following situations:
- A critical platform outage or service failure that rendered the product unusable for a significant portion of the billing period
- A verified billing error caused by a technical fault on Fomax's side
- Duplicate charges caused by payment gateway errors
Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6 How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@fomax.ai with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]"
- Include your full name, registered email address, and the date of the charge
- Describe the reason for your refund request clearly
- Attach any supporting information (e.g., payment receipt, screenshots of errors)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
7 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
- Fomax does not issue refunds in the form of cash, bank transfers, or alternative payment methods
- Currency conversion fees or bank charges are not reimbursed by Fomax
8 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Fomax, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account pending investigation
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
- Recover any outstanding amounts through lawful means
We strongly encourage you to contact us at info@fomax.ai before initiating any chargeback, as most issues can be resolved promptly and amicably.
9 Changes to This Policy
Fomax reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10 Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
